Depending on your skills you assist our partners with tasks such as data management, report writing, social media, public relations, fundraising, online marketing, graphic design, events management and much more.
Our partners work in the field of sustainable social and ecological development; depending on your personal interests you can assist partners in various internvention areas, for example social work, education, sports development, violence prevention, sustainable environmental development or animal conservation.
If you study or have expertise in business administration, marketing, non-profit management or other related subjects our volunteer placements in our marketing & communications programme are a perfect opportunity to collect valuable professional foreign experience in the field of non-profit management. You have a passion for the performing arts and you are interested in event management, public relations, social media and non-profit management? This small but very active non-profit theater center in the heart of Cape Town offers you an exciting volunteer opportunity!
Climate Protection Cape Town
This social entreprise in Cape Town focuses on reforestation projects as well as urban greening and environmental education initiatives in Southern Africa. As a marketing &communication volunteer you assist the team in tasks such as fundraising, market analysis, SEO strategy, Social Media marketing and content writing. You can also assist in design tasks as well as product development tasks.
Monkey Sanctuary KwaZulu Natal
This monkey sanctuary on South Africa's subtropical east coast opened in April 2019 and is home to both native and exotic primate species. Depending on your interests and skills you support the team in marketing and public relation tasks such as social media, photography, video making, website updates as well as research.
Marketing School Project
This school for disadvantaged children in Cape Town is looking for support in the school's marketing department. You will assist various marketing and fundraising tasks, including researching and approaching potential donors, compiling feedback reports and organising fundraising events.
